Raise your wellbeing vibrations!

It is common knowledge that the energy and frequency of vibrations around you has a bearing on your wellbeing. 

According to David Hawkins in his book Power vs Force, these are the vibration frequencies in relation to how you may be feeling:

Fear 100

Anger 150

Neutral 250

Acceptance 350

Reason 400

Love 500

Joy 540

Peace 600

Enlightened- 700-1000

How do you come out of the low frequency state to a higher one which will enhance health and wellbeing?

Here are 5 ways you can raise your physical and mental wellbeing and happiness frequency:

1. Meditative exercise to help you raise your energy frequency 

Sit quietly where you will not be disturbed. Take five long breaths and then pivot to your heart centre which is the centre point on your chest. Visualise your energy frequency increasing slowly to 600. Consolidate this process with the affirmation- 

‘I am in high wellbeing frequency always.’ Now visualise this energy flowing to every cell in your body. Imagine a shower of gold light on any tension or pain you may be holding in your body. Continue the flow of high-energy vibrations through each cell in your body and tune into the feelings of joy and love. Give gratitude for and celebrate everything that is going well for you. 

2. Anchor the energy of nature  

Nature already has high uplifting energy frequency. It is free and readily accessible. Find a quiet spot and tune into the calm vibe of nature. Lightly press your little finger(or any other part of your hand)to anchor that peaceful feeling in that spot. You can lightly touch the same spot on your hand or finger anytime you want to access that frequency again.

3. Spend more time with happy people

Remember you are soaking in the energy of the people around you so keep the company of people who uplift you and spend more time with them rather than people who drain your energy. 

4. Choose positive TV, books and podcasts

Avoid watching, reading or listening to things that depress you. Instead watch comedies, nature programmes that leave you with a feel-good factor rather than feeling deflated and depressed.

5. Listen to mantras

Mantras are groups of words with high energy frequency. Alternatively, you can listen to any type of music that uplifts you. Singing along will reap double the benefits.

In summary, none of the above cost anything but will contribute to your health and happiness considerably. You may not have control over any hereditary issues that impact on your health but you can still influence and change to a positive state of your mind, body and soul by the use of the techniques discussed.
